"With over a decade in wellness, I’ve tried it all. In my early 20s, my health was a mess. I had debilitating PCOS symptoms, which forced me to bio hack my health with natural remedies, whole foods, clean skincare, meditation, somatic healing and - of course - the magic of gentle mat Pilates for sculpting long muscles. With each new practice, I worked to incorporate daily rituals into my life, creating a flexible routine that adapts to each season of life. This approach has not only enhanced my well-being but also empowered me to share these transformative practices with others.
Professionally, I have also spent 15 years working with category-leading health and fitness brands like Barry's Bootcamp, Xtend Barre, and Vivobarefoot as a PR practitioner and event planner.
